Taressa G. Shares how DriveSavers Exceeded her Expectations

Taressa G. shares how DriveSavers exceeded her expectations.

Video Transcript

Hi. My name is Taressa. I am in Clermont, Florida. And I’m a value analyst for a software company. So my external hard drive basically just died one day out of the blue. No crashes, no injuries, no traumatic events. Just didn’t fire up one day, wouldn’t boot up. And I wasn’t able to access the data on it.

So this external hard drive happened to have almost all of the photos of my late mother and my late grandparents and several other immediate family members who’ve passed, unfortunately. But almost all of my family photos had been scanned and– what I thought– archived on this external hard drive, and I had not backed it up anywhere else.

My experience with DriveSavers was great from beginning to end. The entire process from the time that I contacted them and spoke to a representative. They explained everything very clearly to me with sufficient detail to understand what was involved. They gave me very realistic expectations as well, which was important. And in the end, I am extremely thankful, and will be forever grateful that they were able to recover those family photographs for me.

When it comes to recovering data, I’d say their capabilities are clearly phenomenal, so great job. I would absolutely recommend DriveSavers. It was not a small investment for me, but completely worthwhile and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. So highly recommended. Thank you.
