DriveSavers Selected For “Best Places to Work” by North Bay Business Journal

Novato-based data recovery experts selected as 2015 winner

(NOVATO, Calif. Oct. 19, 2015) – DriveSavers, the worldwide leader in data recovery, eDiscovery and digital forensic services, has been selected as one of 2015 Best Places to Work by North Bay Business Journal (NBBJ). The 10th annual special section recognizes exceptional employers and highlights the best workplace practices.

Operating in Marin County for 30 years, DriveSavers boasts 90 employees and a thriving company culture. As part of the selection process, the NBBJ surveyed DriveSavers employees about workplace satisfaction and overall happiness, with employees highlighting perks such as contests, on-site personal trainers and Festive Fridays—summertime celebrations of the DriveSavers brand with entertainment and refreshments.

“Our employees are heard, empowered, appreciated and rewarded,” said Scott Moyer, president of DriveSavers. “Happiness is contagious. When employees are happy, they believe in your product or service, making it easy and enjoyable to help customers feel the same. Our success is due to our amazing personnel who are always looking for ways to improve.”

With more than a half million successful data recoveries, DriveSavers dominates the data recovery service industry with its focus on developing new techniques to retrieve data from ever-evolving storage devices. As the only data recovery company to post proof of an annual, company-wide SOC 2 Type II audit, DriveSavers services meet the security protocols for financial, government, corporate and healthcare industries. The company offers worldwide service for a diverse range of customers including Fortune 500 companies, small– to medium-sized businesses as well as home users, and supports a range of devices from high-end multi-disk servers to consumer-level hard drives, camera cards, smartphones and tablets.

DriveSavers was recognized at the official NBBJ reception on Sept. 30 at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek in Santa Rosa, California, alongside the other winners. Winners are also highlighted in the current issue of the business journal.
