Reseller Program Specialist

Lindsey V. Ragghianti

I have worked for DriveSavers since 2009. I started as a data recovery advisor in our inbound call center and later assisted in eDiscovery and digital forensics. My current role is to educate companies and individual proprietors who refer their customers to DriveSavers. I make sure they are up-to-date on the different services that DriveSavers offers, and all of the ways that DriveSavers is different from other data recovery companies.

In addition, I help our reseller partners plan the best ways to refer their customers to DriveSavers in accordance to their business model. I sometimes work the DriveSavers booths at trade shows, so look for me when you go to conferences!

The best part of my job is getting on the phone with a partner who has lots of questions because it gives me plenty of opportunities to make that partner feel comfortable and confident with DriveSavers capabilities and protocols. It’s wonderful when we get into a dialogue about “what if…” and “how do you handle…” I speak to people in six different time zones.

Outside of DriveSavers, I keep busy reading non-fiction, kayaking with my son, fishing, catching crawdads, collecting beach glass and shells, hiking, cooking and intend to try paragliding.

When I was in the eighth grade, I was voted “Most Outstanding Athlete,” “Easiest to Talk to” and “Most Likely to Become a Solid Gold Dancer.” As an adult, I got married wearing camouflage shorts with my dachshund walking me down the aisle. Today, like all parents, my greatest passion is my baby boy (currently twelve years old and well over five feet tall). I love short-legged dogs and own far too many visors.
