COVID-19 Récupération de données

DriveSavers Data Recovery, Novato, CA. March 5th, 2020.

“Bret McTigue. I’m a Battalion Chief with the Marin County Fire Department. My Surface Pro had some issues when I was filling a role in our Emergency Operations Center during the COVID-19 crisis. I was working on some important data entry before it got saved to a cloud section and my computer basically stopped charging at that point tried to fix the problems internally in our IT department of the county said to call DriveSavers and see if we could salvage anything and some of the data we were hoping that we get recovered here because the time and commitment to actually recreating it would be weeks, months, if not years to reproduce. Working with DriveSavers was really simple. Placed a phone call, talked to a friendly person on the phone, was able to get quick answers to how much it would cost to recover the data, an estimated time that would take and this is in during a crisis that we’re facing in the county in the state in the
country we were just thankful that they were open and still working and not only that but they were making it a priority to recovering things during the sensitive time we were able to recover basically I was told everything that was on the hard drive so not only was able to get the critical stuff back that I needed but all the you know other items that might have been on a device for my normal duties in the connected world that we live in right now our electronics are key to not only just you know process and making sure that things occur in the timely manner their life and death for us and the fire service our data and our information is key along with what we do every day for actual real work that we do in the field. It was a concern that I was going to lose that data and thankfully we were able to recover every little bit of it. I would recommend DriveSavers to anyone having a technological problem with their device they were our call for help when we needed to recover that information.”
