\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un DST?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Una prueba de autocomprobaci\u00f3n del disco (DST) es una aplicaci\u00f3n \u00fatil integrada en la mayor\u00eda de los ordenadores y servidores de marcas como HP, Dell y otras, que comprueba la integridad f\u00edsica del disco duro. \u00bfRecuerdas esas pruebas f\u00edsicas tan pesadas en el instituto? Pues un DST es algo as\u00ed, pero para tu disco duro.<\/p>\n

Pero a diferencia de esas molestas pruebas f\u00edsicas, un DST es una excelente forma de evaluar el disco duro y comprobar c\u00f3mo su buen o mal rendimiento afecta al funcionamiento del dispositivo. Como ya vienen instalados en la mayor\u00eda de los PC nuevos, normalmente se activan al arrancar y trabajan silenciosamente para garantizar la integridad del disco y sus componentes.<\/p>\n

Tipos de pruebas DST para discos duros<\/span><\/h2>\n

Hay dos tipos de pruebas DST: la corta y la larga. Como sus nombres indican, una dura m\u00e1s que la otra y realiza una evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda del estado del disco duro. As\u00ed se diferencian:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un DST corto<\/span>?<\/span><\/h3>\n

En una <\/span>DST corta<\/b>, se prueban la placa de control, el motor, los platos, las cabezas de lectura\/escritura y m\u00e1s. Normalmente se realiza autom\u00e1ticamente al arrancar y solo ofrece una visi\u00f3n general r\u00e1pida del disco duro. \u00a1Probablemente ni te des cuenta cuando ocurre!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un DST largo?<\/span><\/h3>\n

El DST largo hace todo lo que hace un <\/span>DST corto<\/b>, pero a\u00f1ade una revisi\u00f3n completa de los datos almacenados en los platos. Gracias a este an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s detallado, el DST largo puede detectar corrupci\u00f3n en el disco y otros errores que el DST corto no puede identificar. \u00bfLa \u00fanica pega? \u00a1Tu ordenador deber\u00eda hacer el resto! Pero si este paso no funciona, tendr\u00e1s que pasar al Paso 4.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paso 4: Restaura una versi\u00f3n anterior de la unidad<\/span><\/h3>\n

Si ninguno de los m\u00e9todos anteriores resuelve el fallo en la prueba DST corta del disco duro, intenta restaurar una versi\u00f3n anterior de tu unidad. De nuevo, sigue estas tres acciones:<\/p>\n
