Computer memory is a storage space for the data and instructions your computer needs to work with quickly. It’s like a handy assistant that helps the CPU (central processing unit \u2013 the brain of your computer) to grab and process info fast, making sure everything runs smoothly. Without memory, your computer would be lost and confused\u2014it wouldn’t know where to store or find the information it needs to do its job.
