Die kritischen Daten der Kommune ohne L\u00f6segeldzahlung wiederherzustellen, erforderte, in dieser besch\u00e4digten Backup-Infrastruktur nutzbare Daten zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>DriveSavers stellte ein 34-TB-Dateiserver-Backup, Zugriffskontrolldaten, zwei virtuelle Festplatten von Webservern und sechs weitere Anwendungs-Backups wieder her. Virtuelle Maschinen auf einem Dell-SAN wurden verschl\u00fcsselt, w\u00e4hrend die Systeme mit den Backup-Daten jeweils unterschiedliche Hindernisse f\u00fcr die Wiederherstellung darstellten.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Dell-Server mit Veeam blieb zug\u00e4nglich, doch sein 20 TB gro\u00dfes Backup-Volume lie\u00df sich nicht normal \u00f6ffnen. Die Remote-Evaluierung ergab, dass etwa 33 % des Volumes mit Nullen \u00fcberschrieben worden waren.<\/p>\n<p>Ein TrueNAS-System mit acht Laufwerken, das Backup-Kopien enthielt, zeigte nach der L\u00f6schung seiner Inhalte ein leeres Dateisystem. Ein Synology mit 24 Laufwerken war auf Werkseinstellungen zur\u00fcckgesetzt worden. Ein weiteres Synology enthielt noch vorhandene Veeam-Backup-Dateien, doch fehlende Komponenten verhinderten erfolgreiche Importe.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kommune verf\u00fcgte \u00fcber mehrere m\u00f6gliche Wiederherstellungsquellen, aber \u00fcber keinen unkomplizierten Weg, ihre kritischen Daten zur\u00fcckzuspielen.
