class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3>Temperatur<\/h3>\n<p>Hausbr\u00e4nde erreichen in der Regel etwa 1.000 \u00b0F, w\u00e4hrend Waldbr\u00e4nde \u2013 wie jene in S\u00fcdkalifornien \u2013 Temperaturen von bis zu 1.800 \u00b0F oder sogar 3.000 \u00b0F \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Zeit erreichen k\u00f6nnen. Diese Temperaturschwankungen machen Waldbr\u00e4nde deutlich zerst\u00f6rerischer als gew\u00f6hnliche Hausbr\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Faktor ist direkte Hitze im Vergleich zu Strahlungshitze. Bei einem isolierten Geb\u00e4udebrand ist die Feuerwehr in der Regel innerhalb von zehn Minuten nach der Meldung vor Ort und schafft es meist, die Flammen auf einen einzelnen Raum zu begrenzen, bevor sie sich auf das ganze Haus ausbreiten. Gegenst\u00e4nde, die sich direkt in den Flammen befinden, sind h\u00f6heren Temperaturen und st\u00e4rkerem Schaden ausgesetzt, w\u00e4hrend Objekte au\u00dferhalb des Brandherdes meist weniger betroffen sind.<\/p>\n<h3>Dauer<\/h3>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend einige Geb\u00e4udebr\u00e4nde mehrere Stunden andauern k\u00f6nnen, sind die meisten Einfamilienh\u00e4user innerhalb einer Stunde gel\u00f6scht. Im Gegensatz dazu brennen die meisten H\u00e4user und Gesch\u00e4fte, die von diesen gro\u00dffl\u00e4chigen Waldbr\u00e4nden betroffen sind, zw\u00f6lf Stunden oder l\u00e4nger ununterbrochen, bis die Flammen keinen Brennstoff mehr finden. Die Dauer, \u00fcber die ein Datenspeicherger\u00e4t dem Feuer ausgesetzt ist, spielt eine entscheidende Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Grund, warum die Dauer eines Brandes wichtig ist, liegt darin, dass Flammen mit der Zeit immer hei\u00dfer werden. Je nach Brennmaterial kann die Temperatur im Inneren eines Feuers in nur vier Stunden \u00fcber 2.200 \u00b0F steigen. Nach acht Stunden kann sie um weitere 100 \u00b0F auf 2.300 \u00b0F ansteigen. Die hei\u00dfesten Br\u00e4nde k\u00f6nnen Temperaturen von bis zu 5.500 \u00b0F erreichen! Das ist jedoch extrem und selten. Die meisten langanhaltenden Br\u00e4nde \u2013 wie die in Los Angeles, Palisades oder Eaton \u2013 erreichen eher Werte um die 3.000 \u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ein Haus von einem bereits hoch erhitzten Waldbrand erfasst wird, kann die gesamte Struktur samt Inhalt sofort in Flammen aufgehen. Dies ist besonders wahrscheinlich, wenn sich brennbare Materialien im Haus befinden.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3>Zus\u00e4tzliche Verunreinigungen<\/h3>\n<p>Flammen und Hitze sind nicht die einzigen Bestandteile eines Feuers, die einen Computer und dessen Datenspeicher besch\u00e4digen k\u00f6nnen. L\u00f6schwasser, Schutt, Ru\u00df und Chemikalien wie Flammschutzmittel k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls zus\u00e4tzlichen Schaden anrichten.<\/p>\n<p>Water and flame retardant, used by firefighters on isolated single-family home fires and other comparatively smaller incidents may be absent from devices recovered from a wildfire. Hier sind einige der h\u00e4ufigsten Folgen.<\/p>\n<h3>Kunststoffteile<\/h3>\n<p>In nahezu jedem Brand schmelzen Kunststoffteile. Ein moderner PC besteht heute zu etwa 17\u201340\u202f% aus Kunststoff. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Tastaturtasten, Teile des Geh\u00e4uses, die Isolierung im Inneren und sogar einige Kondensatoren und elektronische Schaltkreise. Ob im direkten Kontakt mit der Flamme oder nur durch die Hitze betroffen \u2013 Kunststoffe beginnen in der Regel zu schmelzen, bevor die Temperatur 500\u202f\u00b0F erreicht.<\/p>\n<h3>Gummidichtungen<\/h3>\n<p>Festplattenlaufwerke (HDDs) und einige Solid-State-Drives (SSDs) verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber ein Metallgeh\u00e4use, das die datenspeichernden Komponenten sch\u00fctzt. Diese Geh\u00e4use sind in der Regel mit einer industrietauglichen Gummidichtung versiegelt. Dieser Gummi beginnt normalerweise bei etwa 620\u202f\u00b0F zu schmelzen.<\/p>\n<p>Das bedeutet nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig, dass die internen Komponenten bei dieser Temperatur besch\u00e4digt sind. Solange die Gummidichtung an Ort und Stelle bleibt, selbst wenn sie weich geworden ist, sind die inneren Komponenten vor \u00e4u\u00dferen Verunreinigungen usw. gesch\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Andererseits, sobald diese Gummidichtung an einer Festplatte besch\u00e4digt ist und \u2013 so klein sie auch sein m\u00f6gen \u2013 L\u00f6cher in der Abdichtung erkennbar sind, sind die gespeicherten Daten auf dem Ger\u00e4t h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich nicht mehr wiederherstellbar. Denn Ru\u00df, Rauch oder andere Verunreinigungen, sobald sie in das Laufwerk gelangen, verursachen zus\u00e4tzliche Sch\u00e4den an den Scheiben, auf denen die eigentlichen Einsen und Nullen liegen, aus denen die Daten bestehen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Datenwiederherstellung bei einer SSD unterscheidet sich von der bei einer HDD, da die Chips einer SSD nicht durch Partikel beeintr\u00e4chtigt werden. Wenn das Geh\u00e4use einer SSD besch\u00e4digt ist, besteht dennoch eine gute Chance, die Daten wiederherzustellen.<\/p>\n<h3>Magnetscheiben<\/h3>\n<p>Im Inneren einer Festplatte befinden sich Magnetscheiben, die wie runde Spiegel auf einer Spindel aussehen. Diese Scheiben speichern alle Daten des Computers. Je nach Hersteller und Modell bestehen die Magnetscheiben aus Aluminium, Glas, Keramik, Kobalt oder einer Kombination aus zwei oder mehr dieser Materialien. Sie sind in der Regel ziemlich hitzebest\u00e4ndig und halten oft hohe Temperaturen aus, bevor sie sich verformen, Blasen bilden oder schmelzen.<\/p>\n<h3>Metall<\/h3>\n<p>Computer bestehen gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils aus Metall. Das \u00e4u\u00dfere Geh\u00e4use, Steuerungschips, Speicherchips (in einer SSD), Anschl\u00fcsse, Schaltungen und zahlreiche weitere Komponenten bestehen in der Regel aus verschiedenen Metallarten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Au\u00dfengeh\u00e4use: meist aus Aluminium<\/li>\n<li>Speicher- oder NAND-Chips: meist aus Silizium<\/li>\n<li>Schaltkreise: meist aus Silizium<\/li>\n<li>Weitere Komponenten k\u00f6nnen aus Blei, Kupfer, Gold oder Zinn bestehen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Silizium ist besonders hitzebest\u00e4ndig und h\u00e4lt Temperaturen von bis zu 1.370 \u00b0C stand. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu beachten, dass selbst bei niedrigeren Temperaturen die Haltbarkeit von Silizium und den meisten Metallen bei l\u00e4ngerer Hitze- oder Flammeneinwirkung abnimmt.
