To earn the Diamond Certified award, a company must be reviewed by American Ratings Corporation and pass a 12-step rating and certification process. The company pulls a random sample of 125 past customers and conducts telephone surveys. The customers rate the company on a one to 10 scale for quality and willingness to use the company again or refer others. DriveSavers received an average of 9.4 on a 10-point scale and an overall loyalty rating of 96 percent.
